Founder
PASTOR ART ARAGON
Pastor Art Aragon is the Founding Pastor of Heritage International Fellowship in Southern California. With over 45 years of ministry experience, Pastor Art has dedicated his life to equipping believers to walk by faith, fulfill their God-given purpose, and pursue excellence in every area of life.
Since founding Heritage alongside his wife, JoAnn, Pastor Art has served with passion, integrity, and vision. Married since 1974, Art & JoAnn have two sons, Joel and Brent, and are grandparents to their grandson Taj.
Ordained in 1980 by his spiritual father, Dr. Ed Dufresne, Pastor Art served for nearly two decades on the board of Fresh Oil Fellowship. He has been connected with Kenneth Copeland Ministries since 1979, and served for over 30 years on the board of
FICWFM under Apostle Frederick K.C. Price. Additionally, he has contributed to Mark T. Barclay Ministries as a board member and presidential cabinet advisor and has been ordained under Jesse Duplantis Ministries since 2011.
His ministry has reached across the globe, including nations such as Africa, China, Australia, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Nicaragua, and Mexico, as well as throughout the United States. Pastor Art is known for his ability to minister with
boldness, compassion, and clarity—always emphasizing the power of the Word of God and the necessity of living by faith.
In September 2023, Pastor Art transferred the spiritual baton as Pastor of Heritage International Fellowship to his son and daughter-in-law, Pastor Brent and Elina Aragon, who continue to carry the ministry forward in excellence. He now devotes his time fully to Art Aragon Ministries, a traveling ministry focused on mentoring leaders, strengthening churches, and preaching the uncompromised Gospel around the world. Pastor Art believes that success is something that is birthed on the inside of man rather than something he obtains from the outside. He challenges you to leave behind mediocrity and head toward a life of fullness, achieving goals so large that only God can receive glory for their attainment. He also believes that the Word is full of solutions to all of life’s challenges and all we must do is practice the Word daily – The Word is our answer!
His life message is rooted in this unwavering truth: “We Walk by faith and not by sight. Therefore, we see the invisible, and we can do the impossible!”

DR. JOANN ARAGON
Dr. JoAnn Aragon has dedicated her life to ministry, serving alongside her husband,
Pastor Art Aragon, at Heritage Family Fellowship since 1978. Married since 1974,
Pastor Art & JoAnn have two sons, Joel and Brent, and are grandparents to their grandson Taj.
She holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies and an Honorary Doctor of Ministry from
Friends International University. JoAnn was also the voice behind the Woman of
Excellence radio broadcast throughout the 80s and 90s, which shared messages of
faith, hope, and encouragement with listeners across the United States.
For decades, JoAnn has led Woman of Excellence seminars throughout Southern
California, ministering to women from all walks of life, creating a safe and powerful
space for women to grow spiritually and personally. With a heart for healing and
restoration, JoAnn often prays and lays hands on women facing emotional, spiritual,
and female-related health issues. Through prayer and laying on of hands, she believes
in God’s healing power and restoration.
Her passion for reaching women also extends to the next generation. JoAnn hosted
Princess Tea Parties in Anaheim, New York, and Paris — special events designed to
show young girls their God-given worth, beauty, and identity as daughters of the King.
Through these joyful gatherings, she helped plant seeds of confidence, purpose, and
faith in their hearts.
JoAnn’s ministry has taken her around the world — including Russia, England, France,
Mexico, South Africa, and Guatemala — where she’s shared the love of Christ at
women’s conferences and faith meetings.
In 2023, the pastoral baton was passed to their son, Pastor Brent Aragon, who
now leads Heritage Family Fellowship. JoAnn and Pastor Art continue their ministry
together through Art Aragon Ministries, focusing on traveling, teaching, and mentoring
the next generation of believers and leaders.
A dynamic and passionate speaker, JoAnn is known for her ability to communicate the
heart of God with clarity, authenticity, and power. Whether she’s ministering to women or celebrating with little girls in tiaras, JoAnn’s mission is the same: to help every woman and girl know their value in God’s eyes and walk confidently in their purpose.
